When you first join the acting career, you’ll be given two agencies to choose from: A.I. Staffing Agency and Everyday Extras Talent Agency.
Once you reach level 4 of the Acting career, you’ll be give two more options for agencies to join: G.R.A.N. Talent Agency and Well Suited Talent Agency.

The A.I. Staffing Agency is one of two choices you will have for talent agencies in The Sims 4 when you first join the acting career.
With the A.I. Staffing Agency, you’ll have the chance to earn roles in many different commercials with a median gig pay of $320. They send funny reminders every now and then which are quite amusing. However, it’s more of a generic agency and not as personal as you may prefer.
Everyday Extras Talent Agency

Everyday Extras Talent Agency is the second of two agencies available when you first start out in the acting career. If you’re looking to land roles in more towards TV shows and less commercials, then this is the talent agency for you! Of course, you’ll start at a lower level but as you progress through the acting career the roles and the pay will become more significant.
Since “Everyday Extras” is in the name, this is a great agency for actors just starting out. However, once you reach level 4 of the acting career and are given 2 more talent agencies to choose from, it would benefit you to move onto one of those higher-tiered agencies.
G.R.A.N. Talent Agency
Join the Goldie Ruthfield family. Our team will provide you with the same care and guidance that Goldie provided to Silver Screen Legends such as Chesterfield Cupola and Ann Chaplet.
Poised as the more established and reputable talent agency of the two, G.R.A.N. Talent Agency is proud of their legendary roster of clients. You will have the opportunity to audition for more historical roles and musicals with this agency. If you prefer more classical roles rather than modern-day action movies then this is a great agency to consider.
Well Suited Talent Agency
Well Suited Talent represents only the best, who perform their best, and expect the best. You don’t become an icon without the sweat, some tears, and more wardrobe changes than a storefront mannequin during fashion week.
The second of 2 agencies that become available once you reach level 4 of the acting career, the Well Suited Talent Agency means business. If you’re ready to work your sim butt off and become a serious actor/actress, then you need to choose this agency. Sims will be pushed to audition often. The roles available to you will be action, drama, romance, and sci-fi. The Well Suited Talent Agency is the best option for sims who want to become global superstars.
How to Change Acting Agencies
You always have the option to change acting agencies any time you choose. Simply click the phone, click the business icon, and select “Hire a New Acting Agency”. A window will appear showing all acting agencies available. If your sim is at least a level 4 actor or actress, then all 4 acting agencies will be available for you and your sim to choose from.
