Maxis has released the first trailer for the newest Sims 4 expansion pack – The Sims 4 Businesses and Hobbies. In that trailer we got a quick look at the newest world coming to The Sims 4, Nordhaven! Take a look at the new world map below.

According to the list of new game features in the EA App, Nordhaven will have 12 lots across 2 new neighborhoods: Gammelvik and Iverstad.
New Lot Characteristics in The Sims 4 Businesses and Hobbies
In The Sims 4 Businesses and Hobbies expansion pack, you can now run a business from your home for the first time! Similar to how rentals work in The Sims 4 For Rent expansion pack, you can set parts of your lot available to the public while leaving others available to only your household. This opens up a whole new world of possibilities for your sims! Previously, you could own a retail store but had to live on a separate lot which proved difficult for hardworking sims. It looks like The Sims 4 Businesses and Hobbies will change that!
Gammelvik Neighborhood in The Sims 4 Businesses and Hobbies
According to the information we currently have, Gammelvik is and old world style neighborhood that brings to life a sort of Scandinavian architectural style complete with cobbled streets and canals.
